**Wastewater
Treatment Equipment**
Sloped Chute Sedimentation Tower
Sedimentation technology is one of the earliest to be applied
in water treatment. The principle of the technology is that
the pollutants in wastewater will sediment soon due to gravity
after certain chemicals are added. The suspended matter will
be eliminated from the wastewater, and the purification is thus
achieved.
Air Floating Water Purifier
Air floating technology charges air into wastewater in pressure
vessels, so that the impurity granule will attach to the air
bubbles, and its specific gravity will become lower than water.
The suspended water will float on water because of the buoyancy
force. The floating matter should be cleaned and discharged
into sludge groove regularly, and clean water will be discharged
from bottom of the vessels. |

One-Step Water Purifier
Mechanical Sand Filter
The machine can effectively eliminate the suspended matter in
water, and is often used as the secondary treatment device after
sloped chute sedimentation and air floating procedures. In addition,
it is also applicable in the purification of normal production
and domestic water. Meanwhile, the machine is often used as
the pretreatment device for active carbon adsorption. The operation
is simple and convenient as the machine will function normally
if the flow rate has been adjusted and the reverse flushing
pump and pipes are installed.

CXW Horizontal Acid Mist Recoverer (New) |
The
machine is an adsorption device adopting the active carbon fixation
mode. The working medium in the machine is cylindrical active
carbon granule, which is capable of adsorbing soluble organic
substances, and eliminating most of the pollutants that are
not suitable for microorganism degradation. Active carbon adsorption
is an advanced purification technology, and is often used as
the end procedure of wastewater treatment. Wastewater should
be pretreated and most suspended matters should be eliminated
before entering the equipment to achieve better soluble organic
matter adsorption performance.
Continuous Sand Filter
The machine can continuously wash the sand at the mean time
of filtration. It features high efficiency, low energy consumption
and simple operation etc. As it applies the micro-flocculation
theory, the machine can be used to treat wastewater with organic
suspended substances. |

**Waste Gas Treatment Equipment**
Chromic Acid Waste Gas Purification
and Recycling Device
The machine is used to purify and recycle the chromic acid waste
gas exhausted from chrome groove for electroplating. The chrome-containing
waste gas will be discharged after purification, and chromic
acid will be recovered. The efficiency of the machine is over
90%.
Main types of the machine include horizontal grid type and vertical
grid type.
*The wind speed at the filtration grid is 2-3m/s, and the rated
operating mode is 2.5m/s.
*BF4-72 GRP Centrifugal Ventilator should be used as a supportive
device according to different wind rate.
*The airflow direction of horizontal and vertical recoverers
is right-left and up-down respectively.
*The bottom of the machine should remain horizontal, and the
direction of airflow should not be reversed to ensure that the
recycled chromic acid can be discharged from holes at the bottom
of the machine.
*The filtration grid should be cleaned regularly in accordance
with the conditions of pollution. Normally the cleaning should
be done once a month.
*The ventilation system in front of the recoverer is made of
plastic boards, and the recycled chromic acid can be directly
introduced into the plating groove to reuse.
Horizontal Acid Mist Recoverer
The machine is a new acid mist recovering device. The air
flow containing molecular groups of acid mist will disperse,
collide, nucleate, agglomerate and settle in the device to
separate liquid and gas. The recoverer features fine sealing
performance, leakage proof, high recovering rate and strong
age resistance etc.
Cyanogen-Containing Waste Gas Purification
Tower
 The
equipment consists of ventilator, water pump and absorption
tower. The block boards of two different media are installed
in the absorption tower, (one medium is 8 layers of plastic
gauze, and the other is composed by 10mm sponge and 2 layers
of plastic gauze.). In addition, the rotational flow mist
removal board is installed at the waste gas outlet.
The cyanogens-containing gas will be inhaled into the pipes
when the ventilator is working. It will first be delivered
to the first herringbone plastic gauze block layer with the
positive pressure from the ventilator, and the penetrated
gas will enter herringbone sponge block layer. Meanwhile,
two arrays of liquid injection holes are installed on both
sides of the second block layer, and the pump will inject
the liquid from the bottom and spray it on the second block
layer evenly. The cyanogens-containing gas has to be discharged
together with the water drops or films, and the liquid should
adequately contact and react with the harmful gas to eliminate
it. And an additional outward rotating flow control board
should be installed to prevent the liquid drop from escaping
the absorption tower.
Compound Nitrogen Oxide Gas Purification Tower
The discharge feature of the equipment is explosiveness and
high concentration. The normal wet absorption tower is effective
in most cases, but while the outburst of gas is generated
during operation, it cannot alter the spraying quantity and
concentration, so the nitrogen oxides will not be completely
neutralized and absorbed in time, and white or yellow smoke
will occur. The previous active carbon method can fully absorb
the explosive nitrogen oxides at various concentrations, and
the purification rate is 98%. But when the concentration is
high, the active carbon will easily saturate, and de-adsorption
will be needed. In addition, the purification efficiency is
lowered once the active carbon absorbs moisture, so the adsorption
cycle is shortened, and the de-adsorption will be frequently
needed.
Compound nitrogen oxides purification tower solves the problems
of the above treatment methods. It adopts the two-stage approach
that integrates dry and wet method. The combined spraying
waste gas purification tower can get rid of 80% of the nitrogen
oxides, and the left 20% will be dewatered in the dewatering
tower, and then will enter the active carbon purifier, where
it will be absorbed. The equipment has high purification rate,
and the adsorption cycle and de-adsorption cycle to the same
waste gas quantity will be greatly extended.
