Drying Equipment
Drying room is mainly for dewatering, drying and paint membrane solidification during painting. The heat source can be electric, oil, gas, vapour, or ultraviolet etc., and the drying modes include convection, radiation, hot air cycling and convection-radiation etc.
Drying equipment mainly has the following types: oven, single path drying tunnel, multiple path bridge drying tunnel, and belt drying tunnel etc.
Drying tunnel is constructed by plugging and splicing. It has fine sealing and heat preservation performance.
Drying tunnel features high heat efficiency, even temperature, and precise temperature control.
Drying tunnel can be made of cold rolled steel plates, galvanized steel plates and color steel plates.
The heat source is imported oil or gas combustor.

Dacromet Equipment
Dacromet, or zinc/chromate composite coatings, is the leading surface treatment technology at present. The water base zinc/chromate coatings can be dipped, brushed or sprayed on the surface of steel, aluminum, magnesium, copper, nickel and zinc alloy components or structural members, and will become the scaly inorganic zinc/chromate corrosion resistant coat after being dried. Dacromet can replace the surface treatment techniques including zinc plating, aluminum plating, zinc thermal infusion, zinc spraying, mechanical zinc plating, zinc alloy plating, oxidization and phosphorization etc., and perfectly eliminates pollution to environment, so it is called 'green technology'.
Dacromet coat has excellent corrosion resistance, which is 10 times higher than zinc plating.
